And of course, the cute and lovable, Savannah (Also known as Savannah Banana, Goof, Wiggle Worm, and Pretty Girl).
Savannah Leigh was born February 22nd, 2007 (she is now the big ONE!) after a long day of induced labor. She was quite cozy and content in her mommy’s (huge) belly and didn’t want to come out on her due date. They gave her a chance to make the move into the big world herself, but she didn’t take it, so action was taken. Stubbornness seems to run in the family. But the cute factor makes up for it!
She loves to chew on her hands, and anything else she can get her hands on. She gets into absolutely everything now that she is crawling (fast!) and pulling up. Playing with Mommy and Daddy is the best thing in the world and she certainly knows who really runs this house (hint: It’s not the parents). She’s amazed by the two kitty cats of the house, and loves to torture them now that she’s mobile. She also has learned how to meow back at them, which is quite possibly the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. She enjoys just about every mushed up baby food or baby-friendly table food she can get her hands on. Preferably, whatever Mommy or Daddy is eating. The girl loves food.
A mouth full of teeth (well, getting there), developing new tricks every day, and trying to talk up a storm…the time is flying by way too fast.
