6 months older than Leah, making him 21. And, also doesn’t act his age (in a good way) which is one of the reasons why Leah grew to like him so quickly in the college environment! He’s often found working his butt off. Ok, not really, but works hard to finish his degree, provide for his family and be a (awesome) Dad to Savannah. He goes to school for Accounting full time, spending hours on math problem most people wouldn’t know where to begin. Leah is so thankful for his hard work toward their future. When he does have spare time, he’s watching sports, playing Xbox, and of course, playing with Savannah.
Mark is a sports nut. Football, basketball, soccer, lacross, you name it, he likes it. Usually he’s playing the game on his brand new Xbox360 (finally!), but occasionally he can be found playing the real thing with friends and family. He obviously likes video games and it probably consumes him more than it should. But blogging consumes Leah, so it’s fair.Â
He also values his relationship with Christ, perhaps even feels a calling toward youth ministry. Maybe. One day? They’ll see where the Lord takes them as the future comes closer.
