Leah, I really appreciate your posts as a home buyer. This is helpful to others. I am also glad that a buyer like you knows how to find a good realtor. It is an important point, which you made clear, that a good realtor doesn’t send quick little emails with links for house hunting. A good realtor educates there clients before starting the home buying process.
