I’m Loving Apple Cider Vinegar

I’m 100% positive I have Candida (over growth of yeast) which is what causes my acne and the sudden onset of skin issues starting last year.  I’ve tried various things: Healthier diet, fish oil pills, Candex pills, a colon cleanse, switching make up, and resorting to typical acne medicines like benzoyl peroxide. All of which helped to lessen my issue but I’m still not getting to the root of the issue: yeast in my gut.  It’s hard to kill, yall.

So, I’m embarking on yet another new adventure with apple cider vinegar. Have you heard about how awesome apple cider vinegar is? It’s got multiple uses, everything from shiny hair to house cleaning to weight loss to digestion issues.  I’ve even used it to get rid of planters warts and it worked. This website lists some of the uses and how to use it for each, great stuff. Anyway, so as I’ve become frustrated again with my acne (it has it’s up and down phases, but still overall better than it was a few months ago) I’ve been doing research again. I’ve read about ACV for months, even used it as a toner for a while (which Mark hated because of the smell!), but wasn’t brave enough to drink it like many people recommended.  Until today. I decided that the benefits are well worth dealing with the taste and seeing if it helps.

I’m sitting here with a mug of hot water, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of honey. And really? It’s not too bad! It reminds me of apple cider with a kick. I’ve always like vinegar type stuff anyway (salt and vinegar chips, anyone?) so maybe that makes me more prone to tolerating the taste better than others, but I don’t think it’s that bad as long as its diluted enough.

I’ll keep you updated :-)

Please let us know how it goes. I am up for anything too!!

I have to say that acv or apple cider vinegar, based on my own personal experience is awesome and is one of the most assured natural cures for acne and scarring problems. I couldn’t swear by another all natural product other than acv if I could. It has helped my acne so much in less than a week. I’m still using it as a toner, mixed with the vitamin c brand toner and tea tree oil for anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Also I sometimes mix it with my scrub or face cleanser and clay mask or any other kind of facial mask that I might find myself using. Acv also helps to balance the skin ph, which is very awesome, assuring for the face and more satisfying than anything else. That is because when your skin ph is balanced, your sebum or oil that could not circulate freely on your skin is given a push help, which eases the process of the oil circulation. Acv has also helped me a big lot with my acne scars issues which I tried all kinds of products just like i did for my acne for from hydroquinone to other natural products. All of them just left my skin more irritated with more side effects to face than solving my issue in a satisfying state. All I can say is that after nine years of earnest researches and trying of multiple and various cures for my acne and scars, all the glory goes to almighty God. The Lord almighty has finally answered my prayers in revealing to me through more research on the internet exactly the best suited solution remedy for my skin issues. It is all natural of course and can fit in my budget as a student, compared to those expensive chemicals that couldn’t even resolve my problem at all but always left me broke and pocket empty as I still had hope that they would be worth my money after all at the end. I was only left disappointed most of the time at flunking my money out of the door like that, so desperate for them to work to the fullest satisfaction. at times, they even made me feel guilty that I wasn’t probably using them the proper way, even though I knew I was doing the right things; but I was still left with either no real alleviation of the problem and sometimes much skin irritation and worsening of my situation from other chemical products such as peels, benzyl peroxide and even salicylic acid. i remember salicylic acid and benzyl peroxide clogging my pores at times because there was no cure at all when I was using them, but instead an aggravation or worsening of my skin irritation. acv has also been used from ancient time as a routine medical remedy to keep the body cleansed at all times, flushing toxins out of the body which are usually the source and origin of acne being reacted on the body or face as your body tries to get rid of those toxins for you, but unfortunately chooses the wrong part, which can be genetically determined, your face. I definitely advise and encourage you to introduce acv as a daily regimen to your skin care and even body care as I am sure and most convinced that there is more benefits to it than we already know. May God bless and grant you success in your new journey into acv. I can assure you that you will surely not regret it, unless the skin composition of every individual is really that different. You will actually be more than satisfied. I was skeptical about it myself when I first read and heard about others testifying about how great acv was, but after trying it myself and only for a week, this is infinitely much better than any other product out there today, from natural acclaimed to chemicals. It is a great right-out-of-the-kitchen-cabinet product one will always, treasure, cherish and appreciate.
