Congratulations! I know I'm late in saying it, but I'm late at everything.

I had full intentions of going all natural with Alexis. Unfortunately, we had to do an emergency c-section because she was too big. Hopefully you'll have MUCH better luck!

How exciting on all accounts. I'm fairly new to your blog and linked through BlogHer. Just wanted to say I find lots of "crunchy mama" support through the discussion threads at mothering.com (a natural parenting magazine). You can get info about natural pregnancy, midwifery, cloth diapering, etc.

The green living thing has been one of my favorite things. My husband thinks I"m crazy because I'm obsessed with green cleaning products, grey water tanks, cloth diapering & I'd be doing the baby wearing thing if I could, but at 25 pounds, it's not so easy.

I get so excited reading about all this fun natural momma stuff. I'm 100% on the same page with wanting to try the natural birth. I'm a little afraid of the cloth diapers (mostly because I've never seen a dirty diaper of any sort...)
I'm excited to hear about your experiences.

Girl you are crazy! But that's only because you are much stronger than I could be! You seem amazing at everything you have taken on so far so I'm sure this won't be much of a problem! I like the "crunchy lil mom!" PERFECT! You should make a shirt that says that! Congratulations! I hope you can finally eat again!:)

I had a midwife for both of my children's births, and I LOVED them. It made the whole experience so much more calming. I did get an epi. with both, the first time, I was induced, but waited 4 hours before asking for it, the second time, after 15 hours of labor, I was exhausted, so I got one and my son was born 30 minutes later.

I breastfed my son immediately after birth. Before he was even weighed, given all his shots, etc. It was awesome and wonderful.

I'm an avid babywearer as well, and my favorite carrier by far is the moby wrap. It's super comfy, and it carries up to 35lbs, so I can still carry my 3 year old in it if I want! lol

Good luck and congratulations!
