We’re home. Back from our 10 day (mostly) stress free bliss. I was a bad college student and didn’t study the whole break for my midterm (seriously, who gives a midterm AFTER spring break? You’re begging for bad grades from your students). The big test is tomorrow, is it bad that I just don’t care? And to make matters worse, I feel like crap (allergy/cold thing going on) on top of not caring so I really don’t want to study. Hopefully I’ll manage some how.
Other than sickness, we’re all doing well. I’ve been diving more into the digital scrapbooking world, toying with ideas. I can’t wait for summer to get here so I can have more time to devote to it. Mark is glued to his Xbox (we just bought at 32 inch flat screen today, I’m doomed to ever see him again!), he and my dad would play together every night. It’s sweet to see your two favorite men bond :-) Savannah is more and more a toddler every day. She’s adding new words by the day and never crawls anymore. Walking is much cooler and faster now! She started saying, “I uve ew” (I love you) and calling me “mama” by name (instead of just saying mama randomly). Melts my mommy heart.
Sorry this post is rather boring, it’s just that…well..our life is rather boring right now! And, I’ve got to recover from this sick funk for some writing creativity to flow. Hope everyone else is staying well!
